I had a faulty light switch connecting to a heat lamp/fan unit in the bathroom. The switch generated sparks when it was turned on. I submitted an online service request to AB Electrical. I received a return call within 10 mins and Mark the electrician arrived at my home shortly afterwards. The problem was dealt with efficiently by replacing the switch unit. AB Electrical has a good team to handle the booking and on site work. A big thanks to Mark and the office administrator!

Always choose a safe and reliable electrician - you can't go wrong with AB. These guys are consistent in the excellent, courteous and professional service they provide, for a fair price. Last week, we had 9 Led downlights installed by AB Electrical Holdings Ltd. We are very pleased with the led downlights installed – it makes a big difference with lighting.
We are impressed when dealing with Clynton in terms of getting a quote and making an appointment.
We are very impressed with the electrician called Tom as he was very professional and efficient. He made our day, as he was so polite, friendly with a big smiley face and did a perfect job. A1+++ We even told him how nice he was.
We would highly recommend AB Electrical to anyone. Thank you for your great customer services.
Our best regards,
Natalie and Bill

Mark from AB Electrical did an excellent job and made the whole process easy from start to finish. He was warm, friendly, professional, and very thorough with the work. His workmanship was tidy, and he took the time to clearly explain the best options for our EV charger installation and what we should consider moving forward.
Howard was also extremely thorough during the initial assessment, providing helpful advice on the most suitable products and discussing the various options available for our home installation. His knowledge and recommendations gave us confidence that we were making the right decision.

Clynton and the boys did an amazing job with our switch board upgrade and various other jobs(including smart switches) to bring our old house up to modern standards. Clynton even got the asbestos issue resolved at a great price. All electricians (Mark, Joe) were very professional and the price was the best I could find around and they stayed with the price even when things changed. Thanks for all the hard work guys.

"Definitely Recommend"
I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Jacques and his team. Their attitude, communication, workmanship, and commitment were great. Absolutely brilliant really.
Unfortunately, I never got to thank them in person, only through messages.
However, I also thought that you should get this feedback – nothing like some positive news about your team!
Thanks again. Appreciate the service. And will definitely recommend you in the future.

"We will always go back to AB"
We took the offer and had 10 lights changed. The guys were so nice and prompt that we booked them for other bigger jobs, and also to change 15 lights in our apartment. All three jobs were prompt (next day!), professional and good quality. The team are super friendly and it was one of those rare times where you actually enjoy having tradies in the house. when we have anything electrical to be done. THANK YOU!

"LEGENDS"
We just had Jacques and Charlie here as part of your downlight promo and man! LEGENDS!
We are in the process of renovating, doing quick fixes to save up for the long-term bigger renovation/demolition and without a doubt will not look any further than AB Electrical thanks to them.
Honestly, the best vibe, professional advice, immaculate service, and products (I did not think it possible to get so excited about lights but here I am, writing a novel of appreciation). Both blokes were super friendly and informative, went the extra mile, insane sense of humor, even the online communication from seeing your ad on Facebook, booking the appointment, and what happened after were flawless. Most importantly we felt heard with our vision for the future and having a limited covid budget, we felt no pressure – in fact, they gave us hope that no job is too big or small, which led us to getting more than what we initially wanted. Being an old school look-us-in-the-eye type of people, it was only a joy having them here. Their eagerness of helping us and seeing they love what they do rubs off and makes such a difference in today’s minimal interaction world.
We can and will highly recommend them and your company. Oh and we see no point in giving us 14 days to decide if we are happy. In fact, if you drive past our house tonight, you will see us having a mini housewarming, bragging about our new lights, and fighting over who’s turn it is to dim the lights!
Much appreciation,
Jono & Nina, future customers for life
